Excellent, caring team and perfect for cats! My appointment was quick, efficient, and stress-free. The vet and receptionist were both friendly and warm, and it really shows how much they care about the animals (and their humans!). I especially love that they have a cat-only clinic, so you don’t have to wait around with dogs or other animals that might stress your cat out. It makes such a difference. Highly recommend for anyone with a nervous or sensitive cat.

We had to make the heartbreaking decision 💔 to let our beautiful Golden Ava go on 23rd Aug. The staff were so kind and guided us through a horrendous time. We also received a surprise gift of 2 locks of Avas fur , sent to us with a card ...we just found out it was a thoughtful decision by staff member Henry M , unprompted. We cant thank Henry enough , so kind and he definitely went over and above. Greatly appreciated. ❤️

I've had pets for nearly 30 years and I have always had them treated at Moor Cottage. They've seen plenty of dramatic scenes from my pets - from broken tails to major surgery - and always kept me up to date with what needed to be done and what options were available. Booking an appointment is quick and easy, and both the receptionists and vets are very kind and empathetic, and upfront about the costs and procedures required. They are also highly skilled: one of my pets only had a 50% chance of surviving a serious operation and went on to live for over a decade. Yesterday I had to have my beloved cat of 18 years put to sleep, and the vet was very sympathetic - they gave me a print of his paw and a vial of his fur as a keepsake. I greatly appreciate all that they've done for me and my pets over the years. Thank you!

Moor Cottage is an outstanding veterinary practice. The receptionists are incredibly polite and helpful, the nurses and vets always listen carefully, do their best to soothe my cats during checkups and give clear explanations about diagnoses and treatment. Getting hold of flea and worm treatment is made easy. I'm an especially big fan of the fact they have a separate clinic for cats and the effort that's made to create a less stressful environment for them. I have three cats, one of which is very nervous and hates being handled, but every time we go the vets are exceptional with him and he calms down quickly. I'm much more confident with this team than I was with the previous practice I used. The staff absolutely know what they're doing, they're warm, friendly and kind. I've never had a problem making appointments or getting information when I needed to. The new appointment booking app is an extra bonus and their emergency line is great too. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Impeccable service, couldn't have asked for anything more from them. All the staff are amazing and very polite. The practice is clean, smells nice and is welcoming. My dog has a fear of vets but since we have been at moorcottage he has settled down and isn't so anxious and he is dealt with patients and care which he never got at our previous vets.
