Charged £375 for an out of hours call, with a total of £500, vet administered an injection then I was left to deal with my dog vomiting but got charged £89 for the privilege. When I went to pay I got charged £35 quid for an invoice despite saying £22 on the wall and then they cheekily added a charity fee charge. then I got an email from vet now telling me to claim on any insurance I will have to pay on top without asking. The vet helper was the only saving grace. I'm disgusted by this daylight robbery and monopoly they have. edit: I have tried to contact to make a complaint but it just rang for 5 mins with no answer, you have glossed over the £35 for pressing print on a piece of paper when it was posted on the wall as £22 and the charity donation that I did not add. I not only received poor care it was a clear switch up on pricing. Further edit, I made a complaint and their time scale is 35 days, on day 36 I received an email saying they have no timeline or action and will continue investigating. Absolute joke and will be reporting to vcms and royal college of veterinary services.

I was very happy with the care and attention my young dog received at Vets Now. I had to take him at midnight as an emergency case and they also looked after him overnight when my own vet did not offer that service. The staff were wonderful and I felt reassured knowing that he would get the best possible care.

Friendly staff, although slow to let me in the clinic. I would have appreciated if they had told me what the fee for just the emergency consultation was (taking the pulse and temperature in literally ten minutes was £347). My pet got better so I’m grateful the service exists. I wish a more affordable one existed though.

Rushed our dog here on a Sunday for emergency treatment due to severe anaphylaxis from a wasp sting. They saved our dogs’ life so we’ll be eternally grateful for their expertise & empathetic professionalism

Staff handled the emergency visit for my dog who had eaten some toxins on a walk (most likely hard drugs). It was incredibly severe as she couldn’t walk and had a seizure while we were there. The staff were calm and kept us informed about what they were doing for her. Yes, it cost a small fortune but this what they are there for - they are the A&E for pets. I am so grateful to the staff who were there on Monday night and that we have this service available. Photo is of her the next morning.
