Visited here yesterday (9th october) for an emergency appointment with a very anxious poorly little dachshund. Natasha couldn't have been more helpful, patient and understanding with both me and my dog. Everything was fully explained and the reception staff were also extremely helpful. This has to be the best experience we have had at any vets as my dog is very anxious around new people and everyone was so understanding. I'm pleased to say all treatment has worked and my boy is back to his usual cheeky self. Thank you so much team!

When my dog Dora was poorly a couple of weeks ago I could not have asked for better treatment for her, from all the receptionists and nurses, and especially Tash the vet-they were welcoming, compassionate and treated Dora as if she was their own. Tash was so clear in her communication and advice and even broke down the costs for me to make decisions about Dora’s care. I never once felt pressured into something unnecessary and knew she was in the best hands even when we decided we had to admit her overnight. The communication through several calls with Tash and via regular WhatsApps (with pictures of Dora) helped me put my mind at ease and reassured me she was being so well cared for throughout. I can’t thank them all enough for getting my mischievous pup back to her old self again!

Tash is an absolutely incredible vet, takes the time to explain things thoroughly, understanding and can tell she loves animals and really cares! Tia went above and beyond for me, held my doggy while I tended to my baby. Really helpful and nothing was too much for her! I travel 30 minutes for this vets and wouldn’t go anywhere else! All the staff are amazing, clean & friendly practice!

Visited vets for pets today for my problematic over dramatic dog Molly. She was in discomfort over something in her ear. Katie and rhi were amazing. They did so well dealing with her and removing a grass seed from her ear canal. Having these two gives me great confidence in the practice! It’s nice knowing when your pets go to the vets that they’re in a good hands! Thank you so much!

I visited with my dog who had been limping quite a bit and the male vet, whose name I've forgotten, was amazing. He took his time to assess everything and not just what we thought was the problem. He did a full thorough exam and then had me walk her up and down at reception, explaining everything as he went along. He put my mind at ease and was incredibly informative. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience and got more than I expected from the visit! A polite gentleman, and made me laugh by the end of it all. She is back to running around and we can't thank you enough for making our visit that much better. Highly recommend :)
