Always very welcoming and professional. They really do care about your pets and I feel they listen and help.

Richard is the best vet for us. His warm, empathetic demeanour is inviting and endearing. He is also extremely skilled in his trade.

If my cats get ill or I get a vaccination reminder email I literally do a fist pump because it means I get to visit GKG. It's such a friendly place, the staff are always helpful and the vet is always great with our cats, who aren't such a fan of these visits. Highly recommend a visit, even if you don't have pets.

Absolutely fantastic with my dog Bruno, he spent a whole day there to have his teeth done and on picking him up he was extremely calm and wagging his tail to say goodbye to everyone, staff where wonderful with him and contacted me a few times throughout the day. I was very impressed with their care including the reception staff, everyone fantastic.

Our little sausage dog Freddy suddenly became very ill and contacted our amazing vets who were amazing. Even though they were super busy with it being Easter weekend they fitted us in and Freddy always feels at ease with our vet compared to our previous vet freddy used to visit. Freddy was given 5 star treatment by all the staff from reception to main vet even given a lovely fresh chicken meal once Freddy began to feel better and was pampered by all the staff. So welcoming for both pets and all the family who came to pick Freddy up once better.
