Absolutely Amaizing Staff.Last year one of our cockpoo she was run by a car near stanlake road . around twyford.We took our dog there they didn't even charge us any money for the consultation.They tried everything with our dog.I will give them highest rate.Our dog died they wrap our dog in the towel.Also our dog was not registered with them.the staff they deserve highest rate.xxx

Can’t rate these guys highly enough! They have been exemplary when looking after us and our dog throughout his operation. All the staff are incredibly experience, caring and helpful. Our dog just loves going!

My dog recently went in for an operation and unfortunately the service we received was far from acceptable. Incorrect note writing by a vet led to the issue completely being missed whilst my dog was under general anaesthetic. The clinical director was far from empathetic at our upset and dismay. I do believe this practice has become extremely money focussed unfortunately.

The team are a helpful friendly bunch. As a first time pet owner that means a lot. Our dog went in for an op last week and the information they provided including the follow up appointment has been very reassuring.
