Although our latest visit was quite routine, for our dog's health check and annual booster, there are so many good things that occur to me about Mulberry House; first is the easy and convenient on-line booking system, then the easy parking, the welcome from the staff as you enter, the reception area itself (with separate areas for dogs and cats!) and soft mats for the dogs to lay down, and then the vets and nurses themselves who are so considerate and caring. So how could their service be improved? Beats me!

I popped in here last week to collect some clay footprints of my jack russell, who passed away a few weeks ago. Living very close to the Wokingham branch, I had not visited the Binfield vet before and it was easy to find using Satnav, with plenty of parking. The receptionist was welcoming and sympathetic as I collected my pre-paid items that had been left for me. I can highly recommend Mulberry House Vets and both branches were super helpful in arranging an urgent home euthanasia appointment. If I ever get another pet, I would definitely use Mulberry House again.

Brilliant vets. All the staff are amazing with a genuinely caring approach to both pets and their humans. They also don't rip you off financially. Best vet's in the area bar none.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff is friendly, the vet is knowledgeable and compassionate, and the care provided was excellent. I felt heard, supported, and reassured throughout the visit. They send you WhatsApp updates and follow up with multiple calls if your pet has to stay longer than a day. Truly a top-notch veterinary clinic
