I believe that this Veterinary practice is excellent. It just continues to improve. Having two dogs and a cat 🐈⬛ I spend time there on regular visits. They are always professional and helpful. The reception staff are all brilliant ( recent visit, Jill I think ? was superb and an asset to the practice) The “vets” are delightful and most of all inspire trust. Their advice is fair and balanced. I have always found their pricing to be very reasonable and I am happy to pay for the best. Our 15 year old cat had several teeth removed and is now jumping around like a kitten. The benefit of parking is not to be undervalued as it is amazingly convenient. Highly recommended by Jess, Jim, Bagheera and me.

The staff are kind, welcoming and can’t do enough to help! They managed to squeeze an appointment in on a Sunday for my dog when they were fully booked as they could see I was worried about her. The next day they rung and asked how she was, her symptoms and if I had any worries to ring back. 100% recommend.

Avoid if you don’t want your pet killed. Read all the other reviews, it’s all about money for these leeches. Killed our neighborhood stray cat. Brought her to them, they said she is sick, they will keep her overnight and morning we can decide if we want to put her down or not, the vet kept pushing for her to be put down the night itself, saying the treatment will be expensive. We call in the morning and the rude receptionist (Donna) tells us she can’t give us any info on the cat by which I have started to find the situation extremely suspicious. Go there and they make all kinds of excuses about how she was not well during the night and that they put her down already. Never again are any of my own pets going to these people.

Martin is a wonderful vet. We are very happy with this practice. He is such an experienced and talented medical professional. His care for the animals as well as their owners is second to none. We are very grateful and appreciate for the outstanding level of care he has given to our cats. Martin is the very best vet we have ever encountered. We have total confidence that he would always give our pets the best possible care and treatment. He is very approachable and kind.
