Peter Carr is the most caring and compassionate vet i have ever met .He looks after my Cavies. Tragically I had to have my beloved Ruby put to sleep last night. It has broken us because she was rescue from a breeding farm and was treated so badly before being dumped in an animal shelter when she was no longer any good for breeding. Our other dogs are looking for her and are very quiet.Thank you peter for everything.sarah & Johnxx

If there were 10 stars I would give them. I have a very nervous rescue dog - since she came to us we have been using Falklands. Every single team member from the receptionists to the vets and nurses are so calm, polite, friendly and helpful. You aren’t another number or appointment, you are there with a family member to them and they treat you as such. My worst fear was having to leave my dog at the vets by herself to wake up in a crate with strangers - what a ridiculous fear to have now looking back. Unfortunately she cut her paw and less than an hour later, we had been seen, she had been given anaesthetic and had been taken through for stitches. When we collected her, she wasn’t in a tiny crate, it was big and roomy so it didn’t spook her. She even gave them all a kiss on exit showing how much trust she had gained with them. As an owner of an anxious dog, knowing the care they put in to build relationships with the dogs puts my mind at ease for future issues. I cannot thank them enough !!!

Omg this veterinary pracrice is awesome 👌🏻 Absolutely awesome. Sadly we had to send our cat over the rainbow bridge on Friday 12th September 2025 and Jenny the vet was OUTSTANDING! 🐈 🌈 She was honest, patient, kind, caring, sympathetic and all round an awesome person 😍 I've had pets most of my life and dealt with a lot of vets most of whom are kind and caring etc but Jenny is not only great with pets but great with people! She was just amazing. All round amazing and made what was a really sad and unexpected decision as comfortable as possible for our whole family (and there were a lot of us saying goodbye to our Woody). 😭😭 The receptionists were fantastic too, offering tissues when tears were flowing and bringing drinks too ☕ Highly recommend this practice 👌🏻❤️

This practice is just wonderful - from the Reception team, and the nurses to the vets. They listen to any concerns around your pet, offer treatment options and a clear pricing print out for you to consider at home. Really glad to have found Falkland vets.

Absolutely fantastic. Found a stray cat which had a nasty cut on it's back, took it to Falkland,it wasn't micro chipped so they examined and treated the cat at there own time and expence and kept him in until cat's protection could pick him up, wonderful, wouldn't even except a contribution from my wife and I towards his care.all the staff from receptionists to the nurses we're amazing and friendly, cannot fault this vets

Had an absolutely wonderful experience, I had to take my cat Simon, for an emergency appointment as he was feeling very poorly, and I didn't have time to find any childcare, which meant taking my three young children with me, one of who is severely autistic, it was quite a struggle but the way all the staff were so lovely and helpful was just so wonderful. They really made me feel at ease and couldn't do enough for me. The vet and all of the receptionists were absolutely brilliant and I can't thank them enough for making my experience so much easier, especially as I was so worried about my cat too! Hopefully Simon will be feeling better in no time! Thank you all
