The vets I'm themselves were great, however Maggie is rude and disrespectful. She's doesn't comply and is a let down to the company. Shame really

Can't recommend highly enough. Sadly I've had fairly big issues with 2 horses this year, and Ricky and his team have been absolutely brilliant - managing to balance the right treatment at the right time with the overall cost, which means you know that they're not just making money. Customer service is fantastic, they stay in touch by phone and kept me updated all the way.

I have used this paractice with my current employer and also my previous. My main vet is Ricki Watson. He always does such and amazing job with my horses. Many times they have presented injuries and symptoms of illness that are not easy to detect and Ricki has gone into great depth to find the cause. When the cause has been identified he has given me options of a treatment plan which always has the best interest of the horse as it’s primary goal not always the treatment that would make the most money!!!!! This is very comforting to know and creates a level of trust I believe is very important to have with your vet! I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Emerson & Watson provides everything you want in your choice of vets. Their treatment of their clients and the horses is fantastic and you know you can trust that they are doing the best for you not just adding numbers to your bill. They are always on the end of the phone to give you advice and keep your horses at the top of their performance. Having used the practise for several years on our yard of 25+ horses I don’t know where we’d we without them! Thank you for a fantastic service

I’ve always used Ricki for all of my horses and those of clients since moving to England in 2015. I wouldn’t use anyone else to vet perspective horses for purchase after Ricki found an old injury in one particular horse I was going to buy, something that would have been very hard to find without a very good level of knowledge and experience. Whether I need advice on lameness or I have a colicky horse Ricki is always realistic and treats the problem effectively and aftercare and follow up is always great. For small issues Ricki is always at the end of the phone giving me as much help as I need. I recommend Emerson and Watson to all my clients.
