I was so relieved to learn that Arabella would be seeing Bron following his injury. She is extremely kind, compassionate, and has a great warmth about her that puts Bron at ease right away. Like most pets, Bron doesn’t enjoy visiting the vet, but he is much calmer around Arabella. She asked if I would mind being introduced to the new AI system, and then she proceeded to examine Bron. She offered some suggestions for his future treatment, and I felt very confident with the plan she laid out for him.

We normally go to the Easthampstead branch but our appointment was moved to here. There's a warm, friendly atmosphere here, with kind, patient, knowledgeable staff. They were very good with my nearly 14 year old dog, who has fear anxiety issues. After having her annual health check and booster jab, she left happy, which meant I did too. Keep up the good work! 👍😊💕🐾 xxx
