Medivet Bracknell Easthampstead Kynoch Vets

Services

• •Routine and preventative care: vaccinations, yearly jabs, health checks, and follow-up check-ups form a core part of the clinic’s day-to-day work. Recent reviews mention smooth annual vaccination visits and a thorough six-month check for cats, including feeding advice from a veterinary nurse.
• •Urgent appointments and prompt treatment: owners describe being offered an appointment within an hour for a cat with eye discharge, as well as immediate treatment for a dog brought in during a panic attack.
• •Eye problems: reviews specifically mention assessment of eye discharge in an elderly cat, with eye drops prescribed.
• •Dog vaccinations and handling: kennel cough vaccination has been mentioned as being given by injection rather than into the nose, which one owner felt suited their dog better. Reviews also praise the team’s calm approach with nervous dogs and larger dogs.
• •Emergency and out-of-hours care: overnight emergency consultations are available between 7pm and 9am, with access to 24-hour emergency care at a Medivet centre.
• •Training facility: the clinic is listed as a Veterinary Nurse Training facility.

Pricing

A very limited amount of published pricing suggests the clinic may sit above average, but this is based on very few comparable services. The clearest published figure is an overnight emergency consultation at £130, available between 7pm and 9am. Recent reviews are very positive about the care, but do not add much detail on everyday pricing.
