Well it's now the fifth anniversary of the passing of our beloved boy and I can say the pain has not lessened, not least because of the incompetence and ineptitude from Hall Place that led to his premature death. I can safely say a more shockingly bad veterinary practice I have yet to find. It took five days to diagnose a bowel blockage and the emergency surgery was by then way too little and way too late. If you love your pet, find a different vet. Today is the second anniversary of the passing of our beloved boy at the incompetent hands of Hall Place. They overlooked the real issue until it was far too late. Missed every warning sign, refused to listen to us or do any useful scans. To add salt to our still raw wounds our great friend recently lost their 1 year old adolescent dog through a messed up routine surgery at Hall Place as well, caused, as in our case by a casual negligence. Inept vets, avoid at all cost. We are still beyond heartbroken. 1 star is too many but we can't leave 0. Friday 8th March 2024. Today is the third anniversary of our beloved boy's passing. He would have been ten had Hall pace actually noticed his illness and cared to do anything. Due to their lax, oblivious veterinary practices, he is not in our life anymore. Only the pain is still here. If you care about your animal, please find a different vet. Avoid!

All I can say is that we absolutely love our vet - Olivia - and that we can't imagine taking either of our dogs to anyone else. If we could give more than 5* we would!

Making excuses to take more of my money. Treatment for dog was overpriced and cremating him was 350 quid, no choice of different types of cremations. Only a 2 star as the staff there are very nice.
